All existing Invotech customers using Invotech products will receive support from the Gladstone Irish office in the usual manner.
Over the next few months, we will transition Invotech Support enquiries/calls through the Gladstone Customer Portal, but don’t worry it will be same Invotech team handling your technical questions – further information will be forthcoming.
The great news for existing Gladstone customers is that there is a direct presence in Ireland, which means less remote account management and more in-person visits when restrictions permit.
No. For time being existing Gladstone customers should continue to work with their Gladstone Account Manager (Chris Egan / Stuart Melville). However, with our presence in Ireland, Peter O’Neill, Sales Director at the Irish office will be working hand in hand with the UK Account Management team to support Irish customers in region.

We are delighted to now have a dedicated presence in Ireland to support all our Irish customers. Initially the Irish Office will provide support and product enquiries for Invotech products. In due course, the team in the Irish office will also provide support and consultancy across the full range of Gladstone products and services to compliment the Invotech solutions.
The fact that we have access to a range of products, many software developers (40+) and support team (30+), it will be very straight forward. We are currently building a software toolkit to make it seamless.
